This is Flow Control. It is the first tool William worked on when he began work at Unlimited Solutions, and with his help, it underwent massive modicications and improvements. In January of 1995, Unlimited Solutions was using Windows NT 3.51 as the OS for their product. As such, the product and many of the associated tools took on a Windows 3.x look and feel. This tool was designed primarily to record sequences of functions that constituted the flow of the product, along with several objects used by those sequences.
